COMPOSITE FEAST is an arts project where visual and live artist Jon
Harris uses staples of the Australian Supermarket to develop new recipes
for people to try, make, read and watch.
The first exhibition of COMPOSITE FEAST will be at Door 3, Daylesford,
Victoria as part of the group show ARTEXT, during this years Words in
Winter festival.
The exhibiton opens on 7th August and runs until the 31st of August.
On this website you all see all the published recipes and photographs
from the series.
Jon will be developing live performances of the recipes over the next
12 months and will also post film versions of the performances/recipes
as soon as possible.
The series opens with the recipes for The Coon Sandwich and The Golden Gay Time and you can find the recipes here.
The project will on be ongoing and all updates and new recipes will
be posted here first.
